Data we process
For an appointment we process your name, phone number, optional email address, preferred contact channel, optional social profile, selected service, specialist, date, time and any voluntary notes. Technical server logs may contain the IP address, time and browser information.
Purpose
We use this information to schedule and provide the appointment, send confirmations and changes through your selected contact channel, prevent double bookings, and maintain the security and reliability of the service.
Recipients
Only authorised Beauty Paradise staff receive access. Hosting and IT service providers may process data as part of their technical services and under our instructions.
Retention
We retain data only as long as required for appointment management, customer service, legal claims and statutory obligations. It is then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You may request access to your personal data, correction or deletion, and object to processing that is not required. Contact us using the phone number above.
Data security
We protect personal data with appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted transmission, role-based access and restricted administration rights.
Booking without an account
Registration and a customer account are not required for online booking. Contact details necessary to manage the appointment are still mandatory. Your personal appointment link allows that appointment to be managed. Share it only with people who may manage the appointment.
Delete account
You can delete your online account yourself. This removes the account, all website and app sessions, recovery links and personal links for linked appointments. Existing appointments are not cancelled. Appointment history, payment details and associated salon customer records remain; an unused customer record with no appointments or other salon information is removed. Contact us to request review and deletion of further data. This function does not delete external systems, exports, technical logs or backups.
Optional customer account
For a customer account we store your name, email address, phone number and a password hash. We do not store the password in plain text. We record the time and version of your consent so that you do not need to repeat it for each booking after signing in. A new version requires confirmation again.
Sign-in and recovery
An essential session cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. You can sign out at any time. If you forget your password, the salon can issue a single-use recovery link after verifying your identity. This link is valid for 24 hours.
